Salt Creek Custom Homes was established January 1, 2004. It was that day that Chris Smith, builder, started her dream of providing quality custom homes to clients in North Texas.

Chris started her career in 1998 working for Custom Homes by Noah. There she learned the ins and outs of building custom homes. She eventually moved on to work for Choice Homes until 2003.

In 2003 Chris made the decision that starting her own company was the best way to utilize her experience in the Construction Industry. She began working for Custom Homes by Noah as a construction manager while she was working to establish Salt Creek Custom Homes into a professional business.

Since the Company started, Salt Creek Custom Homes has had the privilege of building both custom and spec homes in Wise, Parker and Tarrant counties. Chris has had the opportunity to be involved in construction of approximately 500 new homes.

Chris takes great pride in every home that she builds, constructing each home as if it were for her own family. She truly enjoys working with her clients and is happy to work with REALTORS in the process. She can help every step of the way with recommendations on property and plans, if needed.
